Aquaculture Center of Excellence (NTU) organized a short training course on shrimp farming

The Aquaculture Center of Excellence (NTU) organized a short training course on shrimp farming in Ben Tre province in Mekong Delta, Vietnam on December 19, 2020.

The participants came from small scale shrimp farmers, enterprises, research institutes and universities and local departments of fisheries. Dr. Nguyen Tan Sy, vice director of the Institute of Aquaculture, expert in shrimp farming presented modern shrimp farming technologies, new models, water quality management and feed management to the audiences. The course enhanced farmers knowledge and practical aspects, which can be applied in their farm systems.
